It was a sticky afternoon when I, to my own surprise, took my car and drove all the way down to the sea. I needed some fresh air, after a lot of work that day. I arrived at the beach at about 4:30 p.m., had a coffee in a bar right at the beach, sat there eating a donut, drinking a Latte and thought about nothing, when suddenly my mobile rang into the silence. My real name is La'Quendin, but I go by "Q" ( I know...mom was sippin on the good stuff when it came time to name me..lol!) I am one of the kewlest and honest people you can ever meet. I am a 1LT in the South Carolina Army National Guard as a Military Police Officer. I just recently returned from a deployment in Afghanistan, and so with that comes a whole new focused and determined mind set.
